Job Summary
This role involves supporting the Information and Communication Technology department of a major diaconal organization, focusing on providing first and second-level IT support. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying and prioritizing incoming service requests and fault reports, delivering remote and telephone support, and performing crucial user management tasks. The agent will also be responsible for preparing, installing, and configuring client devices and assisting the IT Field Service team with troubleshooting and workstation setups. The ideal candidate must possess completed IT vocational training (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration) and proven experience within an IT Service Desk or Call Center environment. Experience
- Professional experience in IT Service Desk, IT Support, or Call Center environments
- Experience in independent fault analysis and resolution via remote access
- Knowledge of application support for common IT applications, ideally including medical specialized systems
