Job Summary

This role is centered on the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of modern Information and Communication Technology (ITK) systems, including associated software applications, serving a client base in Munich. Key responsibilities involve technical consulting to identify system optimization opportunities, conducting user training on installed systems, and creating detailed technical documentation according to customer specifications. Furthermore, the technician will independently manage smaller projects from initial planning through to final implementation. Successful candidates must possess a technical vocational qualification in fields such as electrical engineering or IT/communication technology. Essential skills include strong knowledge of network technology (WLAN, VoIP, Routing, Switching), practical experience with ITK system setup and adaptation, and the ability to resolve complex technical faults.
