Job Summary

This permanent position seeks a skilled Service Technician/Commissioning Engineer to handle the installation, startup, and maintenance of complex special-purpose machinery for clients both in Germany and abroad. Day-to-day tasks involve hands-on assembly, comprehensive fault diagnosis, and sustainable resolution of technical malfunctions across various machines and systems. A crucial component of the role is the adaptation, optimization, and further development of PLC programs, primarily utilizing Siemens controllers. Furthermore, the role requires providing on-site instruction and training to customers and meticulously documenting all service assignments and maintenance reports. Key qualifications include a completed technical education (e.g., Mechatronics, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering) and practical experience, ideally in the service or maintenance sector of special-purpose machine construction. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering, and control/automation technology, along with a willingness to travel internationally.
