Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Design Engineer specializing in special machinery construction, based in Nürtingen. The primary responsibilities include creating circuit diagrams and pneumatic plans using EPLAN P8, performing PL calculations with Sistema, and designing complete electrical systems for custom machines. The engineer will be responsible for selecting and dimensioning electrical components, planning and documenting control cabinets, and generating technical documentation and parts lists. Candidates should have a completed vocational training or several years of professional experience as an Electrical CAD Designer or Automation Technology Designer. Proficiency in EPLAN P8 is mandatory, and foundational knowledge of PLC programming (such as Siemens SIMATIC S7 or CoDeSys) is a significant advantage.
