Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity for career changers to enter the pharmaceutical and chemical technology sector, supporting a renowned client, Aspen Bad Oldesloe GmbH, in production and machine operation. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and monitoring packaging lines, operating machinery, conducting In-Process Control (IPC) checks, and preparing corresponding documentation. You will ensure compliance with GMP standards for handling packaging materials and medicinal products, package medications according to strict quality standards, and assist in process optimization and adherence to hygiene and safety regulations. This position is particularly attractive as it requires no prior experience, making it ideal for motivated career changers, offers immediate permanent employment, and provides excellent compensation through industry bonuses (€16.71 - €24.80 per hour).
