Job Summary

This role involves joining a dedicated Facility Service team in Erfurt, focusing on the technological oversight and management of critical building infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include the monitoring of supply systems and associated safety technology, meticulous analysis of system and fault logs, and the crucial planning and coordination of all necessary maintenance and repair work. The specialist will also handle comprehensive consumption management, including data preparation, visualization, and the billing of Facility Service usage. The ideal candidate must possess extensive, long-standing professional experience in Technical Building Equipment (TGA) and hold a relevant qualification such as a Technician or Master Craftsman degree. Proficiency in the MS Office suite, particularly regarding the visualization of large data volumes, is essential.
