Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position as a Technical Services Technician involves joining the Technical Department team of the Waldbreitbacher Franziskanerinnen, a respected Christian organization and founder of the Marienhaus Group. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the mother house and adjacent buildings. Day-to-day responsibilities require a high degree of independence, self-management, and goal-oriented execution of technical tasks. A critical aspect of the role is participating in the necessary on-call duty rotation, including coverage during weekends and holidays, ensuring continuous operational readiness. Candidates must bring a completed vocational qualification in a skilled trade profession and possess a Class B driving license. Strong communication skills in German and a respectful, appreciative demeanor when interacting with the Ordensschwestern and team members are essential.
