This role involves supporting the State Office for Health and Social Affairs (LAGuS) in Rostock with the implementation of its comprehensive Modernization and Optimization Concept (MOK). The Project Staff Member will engage in various sub-projects focused on the systematic optimization of business processes, including organizational structure and procedure optimization, comprehensive task review, and the digitalization of internal administrative workflows and services. Key responsibilities include conducting organizational studies, task and workplace analyses, process modeling, and determining personnel requirements. The ideal candidate holds a degree in fields such as Economics, Business Informatics, or Administrative Sciences, coupled with professional experience in organizational management, process optimization, project management, and guiding change processes. This is a crucial role for driving administrative modernization and digital transformation within a major public authority.

Education

Completed university degree (Bachelor or comparable) in Economics, Business Informatics, Administrative Sciences, or a comparable degree related to Organizational Management and Organizational Development
