Job Summary

This role is for a Chemical-Technical Assistant (CTA) or Pharmaceutical-Technical Assistant (PTA) ready to work in shifts within a globally operating pharmaceutical group in Gronau (Leine). The successful candidate will be a key member of the pharmaceutical production team, focusing on the preparation, operation, and monitoring of production facilities. Daily tasks involve strictly adhering to hygiene, safety, and quality standards while actively contributing to the smooth and efficient flow of production. Key requirements include a completed CTA/PTA education or equivalent, initial professional experience in manufacturing, strong technical understanding, and a precise, methodical, and analytical working style.
