Job Summary

This role is crucial for managing the IT assets and financial health of the organization, serving as the primary point of contact between IT and Finance leadership. The IT Procurement & License Manager will actively support the full procurement lifecycle, including obtaining and comparing offers for hardware, software, and IT services, and developing strategic purchasing proposals. A core responsibility involves meticulous management and control of the organization's software license inventory, identifying and implementing optimization strategies to ensure compliance and cost efficiency. Furthermore, the manager will play a key role in financial planning, actively assisting in the planning and monitoring of investment and cost budgets, and regularly informing leadership about budget status and necessary adjustments. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and the ability to contribute actively to various IT projects and sub-projects.
