Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team focused on developing, implementing, and maintaining central Document Management (DMS) and Archiving solutions across a large international corporate group. The role involves the technical and disciplinary leadership of the DMS team, overseeing key solutions like SER Doxis and LiDA. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project activities, prioritizing implementations, and ensuring the seamless technical integration of document-related processes into existing enterprise systems, including SAP, HR, PLM, and ERP. A critical component is ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, governance standards, and legal archiving duties. The ideal candidate will have professional experience in document management and a strong interest in leadership, coupled with excellent communication skills in both German and English, to drive standardization and digitalization initiatives globally.
