Job Summary

This role as a Technical Planner, Building Envelope, involves coordinating complex projects for industrial and commercial structures, focusing on technical planning and execution. Day-to-day tasks include critically reviewing architectural and planning drafts, assessing the technical feasibility of client requirements, and meticulously selecting appropriate materials. A core responsibility is performing program-based structural calculations (statics) to ensure the load-bearing capacity of elements, alongside creating detailed technical drawings and construction plans using CAD. You will serve as the key technical contact for clients, planners, and executing companies, developing pragmatic solutions and construction proposals. Furthermore, you will act as an interface between sales, production, and technology, contributing your expertise to quotation creation and the development of product documentation and catalogs.
