Job Summary

This role is for a technically proficient ERP Solution Manager tasked with driving the continuous development of the core enterprise-wide ERP solution, which is built on C# and WPF. The position uniquely blends hands-on modern software development with agile project management and direct customer interaction. Key responsibilities include designing and extending API interfaces for integration with accounting and other systems, coordinating development tasks, and managing the full version control lifecycle using Git, including code reviews and conflict resolution. Furthermore, the manager is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and performance optimization of internal and customer-facing SQL databases, requiring direct intervention when resolving complex issues. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical knowledge in C#/.NET and SQL Server, practical experience with REST APIs, and deep foundational knowledge of business processes and accounting systems.
