This role is an exciting opportunity for a data enthusiast to launch their career as a Junior Consultant in Business Intelligence, focusing on innovative BI solutions from conception to realization. Day-to-day tasks involve developing on local infrastructure or cloud technologies, creating and implementing data models, and integrating data into Data Warehouses or Lakehouses. A core responsibility is designing and building ETL/ELT processes, and developing dashboards, reports, and Advanced Analytics solutions. The consultant will also support workshops for introducing BI and Data Analytics platforms and monitor their operation. The position emphasizes a steep learning curve supported by experienced colleagues, focusing on a strong feedback culture and knowledge sharing. Ideal candidates possess an IT background, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in both German and English, making this an excellent entry point into the world of Data & AI consulting.
