The Team Leader drives a company service vehicle from home base to various project sites nationwide. Key responsibilities include coordinating with clients, service providers, and technicians, performing technical design and layout of systems, and managing resource and deployment planning in collaboration with project management. The role requires ensuring quality and schedule adherence on-site, managing documentation, and taking on direct personnel responsibility for the team. Candidates must have a completed vocational training in an electrical profession, significant experience in project management and electrical installation supervision, and strong organizational skills, complemented by fluent German for effective customer communication.
