Job Summary

This role is for an experienced PLC Programmer to join a medium-sized company specializing internationally in special machine construction and industrial automation solutions. The professional will be heavily involved in the full project lifecycle, from assisting with the design and elaboration of control concepts to programming PLC and HMI systems. Key responsibilities include parameterizing drive systems, creating test plans, and performing complete system commissioning, including functional testing, optimization, and final acceptance measurements. A critical component of the role is ensuring safety compliance during commissioning, developing comprehensive technical documentation, training materials, and conducting customer training. The ideal candidate must possess a background in electrical or automation technology, professional experience in PLC programming, excellent technical understanding, and fluency in both German and written/spoken English, alongside a willingness to travel for customer assignments.
