Job Summary
This role is for a skilled VoIP / SIP Engineer to join the IT and Infrastructure Team in Kölln-Reisiek near Hamburg, taking technical leadership of the backend landscape. The primary focus is ensuring the platform remains scalable, performant, and stable long-term by developing, operating, and debugging the SIP/VoIP platform. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing and optimizing complex call flows, addressing performance and quality issues, and maintaining core telecommunications systems. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of SIP, RTP, and VoIP architectures, coupled with experience in Trunking, SBCs, and TK platforms, and strong Linux administration skills in a production environment.
