Job Summary

This is a full-time Facility Manager position for Building Services at the renowned HAU Hebbel am Ufer, a major theater and production house in the heart of Berlin. Starting March 15, 2026, the successful candidate will be crucial in ensuring the safe and sustainable operation of the venue's technical infrastructure, which supports up to 350 events annually, including the famous 'Tanz im August' festival. The role requires close collaboration with Technical Management to coordinate essential maintenance, construction projects, and facility upgrades. Key responsibilities include overseeing external service providers, managing budgets, administering utility contracts, and handling damage management.
