Job Summary

The MSB Medical School Berlin is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team in Berlin, providing essential technical assistance across the university and the broader IRO Group. This full-time, permanent position involves daily user support, acting as the primary contact for all employees regarding IT issues. Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining IT resources, managing Windows clients and peripherals, and resolving service requests and incidents via a ticketing system and phone support. The role also encompasses documenting hardware and software, implementing IT concepts, and managing the IT aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding. The ideal candidate must have a completed IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist), professional experience in an IT environment, strong knowledge of Windows and network technology, and good proficiency in German, coupled with a service-oriented and independent working style.
