This role involves joining the IT team at the Bavarian State Criminal Police Office (BLKA) in Munich, specifically supporting the Forensic Institute. The User Support Specialist will be the primary reliable partner for local users, providing essential 1st-level on-site support, and managing the installed hardware and software environment. Key responsibilities include installation and configuration of ICT workstations, assisting with technical system malfunctions, managing access permissions, and participating in ICT procurement processes. Candidates must possess a degree in Informatics or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant technical vocational qualification (e.g., IT Specialist or IT System Electronics Technician). Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, proficiency in MS Office, and a service-oriented approach are mandatory. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Engineer (FH) in Informatics, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field; OR a completed technical vocational training, ideally as an IT Specialist, IT System Electronics Technician, or State-Certified Technician
