Job Summary

The IT Specialist System Integration will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining the entire IT infrastructure for various clients, working both on-site and remotely. Day-to-day tasks include providing first- and second-level support, handling IT disturbance requests, and troubleshooting technical issues using remote service tools. A key focus is the administration and expansion of network infrastructure, including managing cabling, switches, routers, firewalls, and WiFi systems. The role requires strong expertise in Microsoft Active Directory for managing user accounts and access rights within Microsoft Client and Server environments. Candidates must have a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent professional experience, excellent German language skills, and foundational knowledge of both Windows and Linux-based heterogeneous network environments.
