Job Summary

This role is ideal for an IT Specialist passionate about innovation and technology, focusing on managing and developing customer IT systems within a Managed Services environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include the planning, installation, and ongoing development of customer-specific IT systems, with a strong emphasis on configuring and administering Windows-based network environments. A key part of the job involves executing Cloud migrations to Microsoft Azure (IaaS, M365) and managing the configuration of servers, PCs, Thin Clients, firewalls, and telecommunication systems. The successful candidate will also provide 1st and 2nd level support, performing analysis and troubleshooting. Required qualifications include a completed education in System Integration or equivalent, profound experience in Windows network administration, and good knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies, coupled with very good German and English skills.
