Job Summary

This role involves leading the technical operations within a facility, primarily focusing on electrical systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing incoming service requests via a ticket system, coordinating in-house technicians, overseeing external contractors, and serving as the primary technical contact for tenants. The Manager is responsible for the commissioning, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of all building services systems, ensuring compliance with inspections (SV/SK, DGUV-V3) and maintaining thorough documentation. The ideal candidate holds a Master Craftsman or Certified Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, possesses proven experience in operating and maintaining electrical systems, and is skilled in personnel management and CAFM systems.
