Job Summary
This role is ideal for an experienced Project Manager with a background in electrical or electronic engineering who wants to drive innovation in the renewable energy sector. You will be responsible for technological analysis and scouting, evaluating new business areas in photovoltaics, e-mobility, and wind energy, and leading projects from concept development to market launch. A key part of the job involves acting as an interface, translating technical capabilities into marketable products, and supporting sales and management. Additionally, you will contribute to internal process optimization through digitalization and the development of software tools and interfaces. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, fluent German and English, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to manage complex international innovation projects.

Completed university degree, ideally in an electrical or electronic engineering field
Experience
- Several years of professional experience (at least three to five years) in project management
- Professional experience in a technology-driven environment (Renewable Energy preferred)
