Job Summary

This role is essential for maintaining and developing the internal IT infrastructure of AGF Videoforschung, a neutral institution measuring TV and video usage in Germany. The IT Support and System Administrator will serve as the primary contact for 1st-Level Support, providing assistance both remotely and on-site to users. Key responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining the Microsoft 365 Cloud environment, including Exchange Online, and handling the installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, notebooks, and applications. Candidates should possess a completed technical IT education or relevant professional experience in user support, coupled with proficiency in Windows Desktop/Office systems and basic knowledge of networking and Windows Server monitoring.
