Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Biological-Technical Assistant (BTA, CTA, or MTA) to join an innovative biotechnology company in Düsseldorf, starting March 1, 2026. The professional will be integral to the lab team, focusing on the execution and documentation of immunoassays and related laboratory analytical procedures used to study protein-based biomarkers in neurological diseases. Key responsibilities include meticulous handling of biological samples, conducting and evaluating experiments, and contributing to daily lab operations such as sample management, equipment maintenance, and inventory control. The ideal candidate must possess relevant training or a Bachelor’s degree, professional lab experience—ideally with immunoassays—and a structured, reliable approach to working according to SOPs and quality management systems. This position offers the chance to work in a small, agile team within a scientifically and medically relevant research field, supported by flexible working hours.
