Job Summary

This role is for a Project Leader responsible for planning and managing analytical customer projects within the highly regulated GMP environment of a pharmaceutical and biotech service provider in Rülzheim, Germany. The Project Leader acts as the central interface between the laboratory, clients, and internal project management, overseeing the entire project lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include conceptualizing, coordinating, and supervising practical laboratory work, assessing results, and handling documentation. Key tasks involve creating and verifying analytical methods, preparing plans, protocols, and reports for development, validation, routine, and stability projects. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry, coupled with several years of experience in project leadership and instrumental analytics. Strong organizational skills and fluent German and English are mandatory.
