Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional who thrives on variety and supporting a digitally evolving business. As a key member of a small IT Service Team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive First-Level Support, handling employee tickets, and offering remote or on-site assistance for technical issues. Core duties include the installation, maintenance, and configuration of computer hardware, systems, networks, and peripherals. A crucial component of the role involves assisting with the administration of critical Microsoft infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Exchange, alongside managing virtualization environments using VMware. The successful candidate must possess strong analytical skills, excellent time management, a high degree of initiative, and proven experience in Microsoft environments to manage ongoing hardware, software, and building technology projects effectively.
