The specialist will handle the maintenance and expansion of electrical installations, manage major repair and new construction projects, and ensure adherence to quality, cost, and schedule requirements. Key responsibilities include acting as the client representative, coordinating external planning offices, and independently managing smaller to medium-sized electrical construction projects. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Energy and Building Technology, possesses practical experience with all phases of the HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers), and is proficient in relevant technical and administrative regulations.
