Job Summary

The DAK-Gesundheit is seeking a Specialist in Risk Management and Business Continuity Management (BCM) to join their central team in Hamburg. This role is crucial for maintaining the organization's Corporate Governance system by supporting the management in risk identification and control. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and assessing risks, developing a risk map, communicating risk profiles, and implementing appropriate risk control measures, especially concerning BCM for critical business processes. A key focus is the conceptualization and implementation of the strategic Internal Control System (IKS), including regularly proving its effectiveness and advising operational units on optimization. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Economics or Business Informatics, ideally with experience in the regulatory environment of statutory health and long-term care insurance, and possesses strong analytical and communication skills to drive cross-departmental initiatives and ensure business continuity.
