Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Team Leader to oversee Protection Device Technology, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of critical operating resources within the overall grid system and laboratory facilities. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating and optimizing work processes, managing the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team, and ensuring compliance with occupational safety standards through documentation and training. A core responsibility is the evaluation and remediation of device malfunctions, including conducting thorough fault analyses and reports, as well as managing procurement processes for new protective devices through requirement catalog creation and tendering. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical or Energy Technology, possesses professional experience in protection technology and energy grid project management, and demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills.
