Job Summary

This Service Technician role involves ensuring the continuous, proper function of complex technical facilities and systems within the SRH campus properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include the monitoring and routine maintenance of equipment, diagnosing technical problems, executing minor repairs, and overseeing the professional installation and commissioning of new systems. A key part of the job is detailed technical documentation, report creation, and providing consultation and support to both internal and external clients regarding technical matters. The role requires a technically skilled professional, ideally with vocational training in fields like Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, who is proficient in Building Management Systems (BMS/GLT).
