Job Summary

This role involves leading the development and implementation of robust Operational Technology (OT) security strategies and policies within industrial and production environments. The OT Security Manager will be responsible for conducting comprehensive risk and vulnerability analyses on industrial control systems (ICS), identifying potential security risks, and implementing security solutions aligned with industry standards and best practices. A key component of the role is the development and implementation of an effective incident response management system, alongside conducting training and awareness programs for OT staff. Candidates should possess a degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Security) and bring professional experience managing OT protocols (SCADA, DCS, PLC) and network security within industrial settings, bridging the gap between IT and OT convergence.
