Job Summary

This role involves setting up and optimizing automated production processes, focusing heavily on Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly and testing. The professional will be responsible for configuring and parameterizing customized PCB boards in automated placement systems, and crucially, programming and adapting these processes using LabVIEW to enhance operational efficiency. Daily tasks include conducting functional tests, validations, and detailed error analyses of PCBs both before and after assembly. Furthermore, the role requires setting up and configuring AMR handling robots to support manufacturing, and providing technical analysis to development and production teams to implement process improvements. Candidates should possess a technical background in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics and strong proficiency in LabVIEW programming, ideally complemented by 2-4 years of experience in the PCB environment.
