This critical role focuses on the procedural and technical support of production processes, specifically involving Expanded Graphite manufacturing. Day-to-day responsibilities include the analysis of current production processes, initiating optimization measures to enhance productivity and quality, and managing the entire lifecycle of production equipment. The engineer will be instrumental in selecting and evaluating process technology for new production lines, collaborating closely with development teams, and leading significant investment projects. Furthermore, you will conduct economic assessments of production processes, coordinate changes, and ensure effective know-how transfer across the global production network. The ideal candidate must possess an engineering degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering, coupled with several years of professional experience in process and procedural technology within a manufacturing environment. Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, along with proficiency in both German and English, are essential for success in this demanding and rewarding position.
