The Client Rollout Coordinator is sought to manage the seamless integration of IT solutions by coordinating client rollout and migration projects, particularly within an enterprise setting. Day-to-day tasks involve rigorous data management, including consolidating and validating user and device data from various sources (e.g., Active Directory exports and inventory lists). A core responsibility is creating and maintaining structured, version-controlled rollout and migration lists, ensuring data quality and traceability throughout the process. The coordinator acts as the central hub, coordinating Go-Lives and rollout waves in close collaboration with project leads, the Service Desk, and technical teams. Key requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, excellent data preparation skills using tools like Excel and CSV, and a foundational understanding of Active Directory and Client Management. Success demands strong coordination abilities, a structured work ethic, and fluent German (C1) skills to handle project communication and status reporting effectively.
