Job Summary
This role is seeking a dedicated IT Specialist focused on Clinical Applications to serve as the central point of contact for the St. Josef Hospital's IT infrastructure, particularly the Cliniccenter Hospital Information System (HIS) and its associated interfaces. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the KIS, providing expert user support, resolving both technical and application-specific issues, and actively participating in IT projects to advance the system landscape. Ideal candidates possess a degree in (Medical) Informatics or equivalent professional experience, coupled with deep familiarity with critical healthcare standards like HL7, FHIR, TI, and ePA. While specific experience with Mesalvo's Cliniccenter is a plus, a strong IT affinity, service orientation, and structured work ethic are essential. Education
Completed degree in (Medical) Informatics or comparable professional training
Experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience in IT or (Medical) Informatics
- Several years of professional experience demonstrating high IT affinity (e.g., as a Key User in the healthcare sector)
- Initial experience in supporting medical software systems (desired)
- Experience in implementing IT solutions within a hospital environment (desired)
