Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Mechatronics Technician or Electrician to join a client's plant operations team in Bayreuth, focusing on maintaining and optimizing complex production machinery. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing maintenance and service work on electrical, measurement, and control systems, analyzing and resolving malfunctions in manufacturing equipment, and meticulously documenting all inspection and maintenance activities. A key part of the job involves implementing technical improvements to boost plant performance and developing or modifying programs for Siemens PLC systems (S7-1500/300 and S5). The ideal candidate must possess a completed electrical technical qualification, comprehensive knowledge of electrical, drive, and control technology, and solid foundational skills in mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics. This position requires flexibility, a team-oriented approach, and participation in on-call duty for rapid fault resolution.
