Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex projects involving the connection of renewable energy generation facilities to the distribution grid, specifically focusing on medium-voltage substation construction and intelligent transfer stations (including remote control and protection technology). The successful candidate will manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial proposal generation and budget oversight through to timely customer acceptance. Key responsibilities include continuous optimization of workflows, creating negotiation and supplementary proposals, and serving as the primary project contact. Candidates must possess a strong background in electrical engineering (such as a Master Electrician, Technician, or B.Sc. Engineer) and demonstrable experience with grid connection standards (VDE-AR-N 4105/4110).
