Job Summary

This essential role as a Building Services Electrician, based in Kupferzell, focuses on ensuring the continuous, smooth operation of the company’s infrastructure. The core responsibilities include the professional maintenance, repair, and control of all operational and building technology, particularly the specialized technical warehouse equipment. A significant part of the job involves proactive troubleshooting and successful resolution of technical faults to minimize downtime. You will also be entrusted with the autonomous operation and maintenance of the fire alarm system, including scheduling mandatory inspections and meticulous documentation. Beyond daily operations, the role supports strategic facility projects, such as planning and executing renovations, new construction, and internal moves. This includes the crucial task of selecting and professionally commissioning external service providers. Candidates must have completed vocational training as an Electrician for Energy and Building Technology or Operational Technology, coupled with practical maintenance experience, technical expertise, and the flexibility required for on-call and weekend emergency services.
