Job Summary

This role is ideal for a commercially-minded individual passionate about data-driven control and management of assortment within a leading European outdoor e-commerce shop. As a (Junior) Business Data Analyst in the Merchandise Planning team, you will be responsible for creating assortment framework plans across product groups, brands, and countries. Key daily tasks include supporting sales analysis, forecasting, and Open-to-Buy (OTB) management, as well as conducting profitability and demand analyses for reorder opportunities. You will be instrumental in discount control and commercial planning, generating essential reports to support strategic decision-making. The position requires strong analytical and commercial skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to quickly master new data tools and handle large datasets (Big Data).
