Job Summary

This role involves shaping the transition from school to professional life for young adults in Sigmaringen, focusing on achieving permanent professional integration. The IT Instructor/Trainer will guide young people through their vocational training and preparation, ensuring they successfully pass their final exams. Key responsibilities include designing pedagogical offerings that promote personal development, providing technical instruction in theory and practice, and collaborating closely with social services, management, and external agencies to ensure optimal support. The ideal candidate holds a recognized IT qualification (vocational or academic) coupled with trainer suitability, ideally possessing an official instructor certificate (AEVO) or rehabilitation pedagogy qualification (ReZa). Required Skills

Education
