Job Summary
This role is centered on developing and optimizing innovative electronic testing procedures to ensure the consistently high repair quality of industrial automation technology. The engineer will be responsible for the full testing lifecycle, which includes designing modules and interfaces, setting up experimental tests, analyzing results, and identifying root causes of failure across power, digital, and analog electronics. A crucial aspect of the position involves creating and maintaining complex simulation models using specialized tools like MATLAB/Simulink to test predefined functions on customer devices and implement new testing processes. The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a comparable field, possesses strong knowledge of circuit design (power, digital, analog), and is proficient in using virtual instrumentation hardware and software (e.g., HIL, LTspice, Speedgoat). Success requires strong analytical skills, self-reliance, and effective communication in both German and English.

Experience
- Professional experience with digital and analog circuits
- Expertise in the analysis and development of power, digital, and analog electronic circuits for industrial applications
- Experience in handling virtual instrumentation components (hardware and software)
