Job Summary

This role seeks a visionary technology leader to drive business transformation within BELFOR's Salesforce ecosystem across Europe and Asia-Pacific (APAC). The Technical Solution Architect will be responsible for leading end-to-end solution development, from analysis through launch, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maintaining high-quality standards through rigorous code reviews and build/deployment activities. A core part of the job involves managing technical implementation via Azure DevOps to optimize Salesforce for a unified European and APAC template strategy, utilizing agile methodologies and advanced Salesforce platform features. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, deep practical experience with Salesforce, including Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning (FSL), and Experience Cloud, and expertise in complex integration architectures using middleware like Boomi or MuleSoft. Excellent communication skills in both German and English are mandatory to succeed in this international role.
