Job Summary

This role involves coordinating and overseeing all technical building equipment (TGA) services, with a strong emphasis on electrical engineering systems, across all project phases. The Coordinator acts as the central point of contact for external planners, contractors, and internal project stakeholders, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines, cost targets, and quality standards within the electrical scope. Key responsibilities include reviewing electrical plans, concepts, and execution documents for technical and normative compliance, as well as supporting on-site execution, commissioning, and managing defect tracking. Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field, possess fundamental knowledge of TGA (Electrical focus), and ideally have prior experience in coordinating TGA projects or electrical planning/execution.
