Job Summary

This role involves supporting workplace infrastructure by managing the setup, dismantling, and relocation of IT equipment, including PCs, laptops, docking stations, printers, telephones, and headsets. The technician will be responsible for installing and integrating peripheral devices, providing initial user instruction on hardware and software systems, and meticulously documenting all installations using text and image protocols via an app. Key responsibilities also include on-site fault analysis, implementing first-line solutions, and escalating complex issues to specialized teams. Candidates should possess a background in IT systems, practical experience in workplace relocation, and basic knowledge of Windows and MS Office environments. The position requires excellent German language skills, a Class B driving license, and the willingness to undertake occasional nationwide travel, including overnight stays, demonstrating a high degree of service orientation and teamwork.
