This role is for an Onsite Support Specialist providing essential field service and IT operations management across the Berlin-Brandenburg region for a leading German IT service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and setting up customer workstations, managing hardware rollouts, and providing installation and support for standard and specialized equipment like desktops, notebooks, printers, and media technology. The specialist will also be responsible for asset management, equipment logistics (issuance, return, and storage), and meticulous documentation and tracking of support tickets within dedicated systems. Candidates must possess completed vocational training (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration), proven experience in field service and user support, and strong technical knowledge of standard hardware and Microsoft products.
