Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and fixing malfunctions, ensuring stable operation, and maintaining high service quality. Candidates must possess a background in IT system integration or electronics, coupled with professional experience in onsite support. Proficiency with MS Office, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals (DHCP, Firewalls) is required, along with strong communication skills, a high degree of self-reliance, and a customer-focused approach.
