Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite technical support and maintenance for a leading German IT service provider's clients across Munich and Southern Bavaria. The Onsite Support Technician will be responsible for hands-on troubleshooting and repair of hardware, including PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Key daily tasks include identifying and resolving faults within hardware, networks, and Windows workstations, managing support cases using ticket and documentation systems, and setting up and dismantling complete workstations. Successful candidates must possess a relevant IT qualification (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician), proven experience in hardware troubleshooting, and strong proficiency in Active Directory and standard operating systems. Excellent communication skills, a high degree of service orientation, and fluent German language skills are mandatory for effective client interaction.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in troubleshooting notebooks, printers, and mobile devices
  • Secure handling of Active Directory and rights management
  • Experience with standard software and operating systems

  • Valid driver's license (PKW Führerschein) required for travel within the service area (Munich/Southern Bavaria).
