Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support for a leading German IT service provider, focusing on field service operations within the Potsdam area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various IT equipment, including desktops, notebooks, printers, and mobile devices. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, managing service requests via a ticketing system, setting up and dismantling workstations, and providing user instruction and data backup. Key qualifications include a completed technical IT education (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration), substantial professional experience in onsite support and troubleshooting, and excellent knowledge of Active Directory and standard IT hardware. The position requires strong German language skills, a Class B driving license, and a high degree of customer orientation and willingness to travel locally.
